I recently visited this location hoping to find a 3 wheeler tricycle with some friends. Thanks to the help of one of the associates—Matt, I was easily able to find exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, but he was able to offer us an even better price since the product packaging was damaged. Can’t lie, we received amazing customer service even though the store was 8 minutes to closing; usually a time where store associates are just trying to clear the store of customers, rather than help them.

I recommend Toys\R\Us, South park Village Mall, 3940 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton, Alberta - Canada since the opening a regular customer with my family and relatives Marvelous store , bright , neat and clean . Exceptional service , fantastic selection of toys to choose from for many occasions. My kids weakness and I cannot say No . Admirable .
I am really disappointed with the service provided here. I bought a stroller from this store on 24 March. I was shocked to see hair tangled around the wheels and damaged joints from the new box(it wasn't new). I was told it was unopened.I returned the box on 25 March. Today I went here the third time to return the third stroller I bought from here without using due to wheel damage. However, the manager PAM wasn't even ready to compensate for the trouble caused pointing out it should have been asked earlier....Poorest service.....
I have a legitimate medical mask exemption and I went to find my child a birthday gift. When I could not find the gift that I saw was available in store on their website, I went to go ask for help. The front desk lady called their manager. The manager came out of their office and told me I had to leave because I was not wearing a mask and that mask exemptions were not accepted. This is discrimination at its finest. The bylaw clearly states that people with exemptions exist and should be treated fairly. They have lost my business and much more money from friends and family who will also no longer shop there. Please read the bylaw and human rights act here in Alberta/Canada and re-evaluate your service. Thank you kindly
Laura and Claudia are awesome, Laura went beyond her customer skills, Laura took her time to explain everything... we felt being special customers over there, it was a great service by Laura, as she have a full grip on the product information she have in store.... highly recommend to visit this store
